Blu Navy offers ferry crossings linking the Italy mainland (port of Piombino) to the Island of Elba (port of Portoferraio).

Types of vehicles accepted on BluNavy
It is possible to board Blu Navy ferries with a car, minivan, pick-up, motorbike, van, camper, bicycle or as a pedestrian.
The vehicle may be equipped with a trailer or caravan, provided this is declared at the time of booking.

Blu Navy ships have a bar offering drinks and meals during the crossing.
Travelling with children with BluNavy
To keep children entertained during the crossing, Blu Navy provides colouring books free of charge on request. Children can also watch cartoons on the televisions on board.
Travelling with pets with BluNavy
It is possible to board BluNavy ferries with a pet as long as you declare it at the time of booking.
Paying for your crossing with BluNavy
On smartferry.com, it is possible to pay for your ferry crossing with Blu Navy by credit card, holiday voucher, or in 4 instalments with our partner Floa Bank.
Modification and cancellation of tickets with Blu Navy
If you have booked your Blu Navy crossing on smartferry.com or by telephone with one of our agents, it is possible for us to modify or cancel it according to the conditions applicable to your ticket.
To do this, please contact our customer service department by telephone on 04.65.84.14.13.
If you have made your booking directly on Blu Navy website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
How do I book a cabin or seat on Blu Navy ferries?
Blu Navy does not offer seat and cabin reservations for its crossings. Placement on the boat is free and passengers may remain in their vehicle if they wish.
