To do this, please contact our customer service department by telephone on 04.65.84.14.13.

If you have made your booking directly on Caronte&Tourist website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Is it possible to travel without facilities on a Caronte & Tourist crossing?

It is entirely possible to travel on the Caronte&Tourist ferries without having booked a cabin or seat. Passengers without facilities will be able to use the communal areas for the duration of the crossing.
