If you have booked your Super fast crossing on smartferry.com or by telephone with one of our agents, it is possible for us to modify or cancel your crossing according to the conditions applicable to your ticket.

If you have made your reservation directly on the Superfast website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

It is possible to travel without a cabin or seat on Super fast. Simply select the “deck” ticket type at the time of booking. Deck tickets give access to the public areas inside and outside the ship.
