All Ventouris-Ferries ships are equipped with cabins that are easily accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM). These cabins are spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair and include adapted sanitary facilities.

For an economical and comfortable journey, Ventouris-Ferries offers the option of reserving a wheelchair in a private lounge with all the amenities required for the journey.

Ventouris-Ferries offers a number of dining options for passengers, including à la carte restaurants, self-service restaurants, cafés, bars and snack bars.

Duty Free shops are available on board Ventouris-Ferries offering passengers souvenirs, local products, perfumes, alcohol and more at great prices.

Internet on board

Ventouris-Ferries ships are equipped with an on-board Wifi service, allowing passengers to enjoy internet access throughout the crossing.

Ventouris-Ferries offers reduced fares for children. Children under the age of 4 can travel free of charge but must still have a ticket, and children aged 4 to 12 (who have not yet reached the age of 12) benefit from a 50% discount.

Pets are allowed on board Ventouris-Ferries ships provided they are declared at the time of booking. Pets may be placed in a kennel or remain with their owner, however they are not permitted to remain in the vehicles or on the ferry’s interior decks.

If you have made your booking directly on Ventouris-Ferries website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

It is not compulsory to reserve a cabin or seat on Ventouris-Ferries. Passengers can choose to take a cheaper deck ticket, which will allow them to spend the crossing in the ferry’s communal areas.
