Types of vehicles accepted on Trasmediterranea
It is possible to board Trasmed ferries with a car, camper van, van, motorbike, bicycle or as a pedestrian.
It is possible for the vehicle to be equipped with a roof unit (roof box, bicycle rack, etc.) or a towed unit (trailer, caravan, etc.), provided they are declared at the time of booking.

Restaurants and bars
Trasmed ferries feature restaurants, cafeterias, self-service facilities and terrace bars, allowing passengers to eat and drink at any time of the day. Self-service microwaves are also available.
On the routes to and from the Maghreb, Trasmed also offers halal food.
Trasmed ferries have shops where passengers can buy everything they need during their journey. On some routes, the shops offer the purchase of Duty Free products such as perfumes, wines and spirits.

Trasmed ferries are equipped with play areas for children. In high season, some lines also offer entertainment for the whole family.

Travelling with pets with Trasmediterranea
Pets are allowed on board Trasmed ferries, provided that a specific ticket is purchased at the time of booking.
Pets are allowed in the common areas of the ship, with the exception of the restaurant and cabin areas (except for pet cabins) and must be equipped with a leash and muzzle or be transported in a cage or basket.

Modification and cancellation of tickets with Trasmediterranea
If you have booked your Trasmed crossing on smartferry.com or by telephone with one of our agents, it is possible for us to modify or cancel it according to the conditions applicable to your ticket.
To do this, please contact our customer service department by telephone on 04.65.84.14.13.
If you have made your booking directly on Trasmed website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
Is it possible to travel without facilities on a Trasmediterranea crossing?
