It is possible to board Transmed ferries with a car, camper van, van, motorbike, bicycle or as a pedestrian.

It is possible for the vehicle to be equipped with a roof unit (roof box, bicycle rack, etc.) or a towed unit (trailer, caravan, etc.), provided they are declared at the time of booking.

Cabins

For some crossings, Trasmed offers the possibility of booking double and quadruple cabins with single beds, wardrobe and private bathroom.

For a more comfortable trip, Trasmed also offers the possibility of booking luxury cabins and suites which offer more space and exclusive attention.

Cabins for animals

Trasmed ferries offer pet-friendly cabins on some routes. These cabins are equipped with pet beds and bowls.

Seats

Trasmed ships have several lounges with armchairs for a comfortable crossing.

For a more luxurious experience, Trasmed offers extra-comfort seating in the Premium Class Lounge, which includes a private terrace, table service and a premium pet area.

Restaurants and bars

Trasmed ferries feature restaurants, cafeterias, self-service facilities and terrace bars, allowing passengers to eat and drink at any time of the day. Self-service microwaves are also available.

On the routes to and from the Maghreb, Trasmed also offers halal food.

Shops

Trasmed ferries have shops where passengers can buy everything they need during their journey. On some routes, the shops offer the purchase of Duty Free products such as perfumes, wines and spirits.

Internet on board

The majority of Trasmed ferries are equipped with Wi-Fi on board. For more information, please visit the ship’s reception.

Trasmed ferries are equipped with play areas for children. In high season, some lines also offer entertainment for the whole family.

Children’s menus are also available in the various restaurants.

Pets are allowed on board Trasmed ferries, provided that a specific ticket is purchased at the time of booking.

Pets are allowed in the common areas of the ship, with the exception of the restaurant and cabin areas (except for pet cabins) and must be equipped with a leash and muzzle or be transported in a cage or basket.

If you have booked your Trasmed crossing on smartferry.com or by telephone with one of our agents, it is possible for us to modify or cancel it according to the conditions applicable to your ticket.

To do this, please contact our customer service department by telephone on 04.65.84.14.13.

If you have made your booking directly on Trasmed website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

On Trasmed routes, it is compulsory to select a seat or cabin when booking.
